QA/QC Manager – Project Management Consultancy

About the role

Egis is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to join its Project Management Consultancy team in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and control throughout both pre‑contract and post‑contract phases, ensuring that all project deliverables meet the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC strategies and procedures for all project phases.
• Lead, mentor and supervise a team of QA/QC professionals.
• Conduct quality inspections, audits and assessments to verify compliance with specifications and contractual requirements.
• Analyse quality data, prepare reports on metrics, non‑conformances and corrective actions.
• Identify potential quality risks and devise mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors and stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain thorough documentation of QA/QC activities, test results and compliance records.
• Ensure adherence to Saudi Arabian regulations, industry standards and Egis policies.
• Deliver training sessions on quality procedures and compliance requirements.
• Monitor the effectiveness of quality control measures and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in QA/QC management within construction, engineering or related sectors.
• Strong analytical abilities and decisive leadership skills.
