QC Piping Inspector

About the role

The company is looking for an experienced QC Piping Inspector to ensure the quality of piping fabrication, erection, installation and testing across project sites in Saudi Arabia. The role demands strong knowledge of relevant codes, Saudi Aramco specifications and QA/QC documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect fabrication, fit‑up, erection, installation and testing activities against approved drawings, specifications, ITPs and project requirements.
• Conduct material receiving, dimensional, visual, welding and final inspections for piping systems.
• Verify components such as pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, gaskets and bolts against approved specifications and material test certificates.
• Coordinate and monitor NDT, hydrostatic/pneumatic testing, flushing, cleaning and reinstatement activities.
• Identify non‑conformities, raise NCRs/observations and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection reports, checklists, weld records, test packages and punch lists.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant QC piping inspection experience, including Gulf project exposure.
• Valid CBT certification and Saudi Aramco approval or proven experience on Saudi Aramco projects.
• Strong knowledge of ASME B31.3, ASME Section IX, API standards and Saudi Aramco specifications.
