QHSE Engineer – Quality, Health, Safety & Environment

About the role

The QHSE Engineer will support Eaton Arabia in implementing and maintaining an integrated Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management System that complies with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. The role focuses on monitoring compliance, handling customer feedback, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor implementation and compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Manage customer complaints, conduct satisfaction surveys, and drive corrective actions.
• Control QMS documentation, record changes, and ensure availability on the company server.
• Assist the QHSE Manager in planning and executing internal and external audits, analysing results and closing NCRs.
• Coordinate external evaluations of the management system as required.
• Track audit effectiveness, review corrective actions and implement improvements.
• Prepare and report on customer satisfaction indices and Net Promoter Score.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in QHSE or related engineering roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Fluent English with strong report‑writing abilities.
• Proven experience in QMS implementation and QA practices.
