QHSE Trainer

About the role

The QHSE Trainer will develop, deliver and monitor training programmes that ensure all employees follow the company’s Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental procedures. The role supports a strong safety culture across Arabian Machinery and Heavy Equipment Company’s sites in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the QHSE training matrix in line with the AMHEC QHSE manual and maintain training records.
• Conduct inductions, gap analyses, and additional training sessions for new and existing staff.
• Create and deliver QHSE Skills & Development programmes and translate materials to required languages.
• Survey participants to assess training effectiveness and continuously improve the training structure.
• Raise Stop Work Authority incidents for unsafe acts and report them to the QHSE Manager.

Required profile

• NEBOSH General certification (or equivalent NVQ/NQF Level 5).
• Minimum five years of experience in the oil & gas or heavy‑equipment industry.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % across Saudi Arabia.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hazard identification and risk‑assessment techniques.
