Quality Assurance Engineer – Integrated Management Systems

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to lead the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Integrated Management System (IMS). You will play a pivotal role in supporting both internal and external audits, managing non‑conformance reports, and ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards across all operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the IMS covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Plan and conduct internal audits across HR, Purchasing, Operations, Sales and QHSE departments.
• Support external audits and certification renewals, managing NCR registers and corrective actions.
• Conduct risk assessments, update the Risk and Opportunity Register and evaluate mitigation effectiveness.
• Develop and review HSE plans, JSAs and method statements for field operations.
• Review and update documented information such as SOPs, ITPs and work procedures.
• Handle customer complaints, perform root‑cause analysis and follow‑up on corrective actions.
• Monitor workplace health and safety performance, conduct site inspections and promote a zero‑incident culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science or related field.
• 3‑5 years experience as a QHSE Engineer in oil & gas, petrochemical or industrial services.
• Valid Internal Auditor certifications for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
• Strong knowledge of audit planning, NCR management and root‑cause analysis.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience with Saudi Aramco or major EPC contractor requirements is preferred.
