Quality Assurance Engineering Expert (QA Lead)

About the role

The QA Lead / Expert will drive quality assurance across multiple products, ensuring robust test planning, execution, and continuous improvement of testing practices. This senior position combines technical leadership with hands‑on expertise in automation, performance, and AI‑enabled testing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day‑to‑day QA activities for assigned products and projects, guaranteeing timely test execution.
• Establish, maintain, and evolve testing frameworks, standards, tools, and practices with a focus on functional, automation, and performance testing.
• Design scalable automation and performance testing frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Review and approve test strategies, plans, cases, automation approaches, performance designs, and test reports to ensure coverage and traceability.
• Identify and apply AI‑enabled testing tools to improve test design, automation, defect analysis, and overall QA efficiency.
• Provide advanced technical guidance and mentoring to QA Engineers and Senior QA Engineers.
• Collaborate with security teams on penetration testing findings and assess quality impacts.
• Monitor quality metrics, ensure complete testing documentation, and align with audit requirements.
