Quality Coordinator

About the role

The Quality Coordinator supports the hospital’s continuous quality improvement agenda by coordinating initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards. This position works closely with the Quality Manager and various clinical departments to promote patient safety and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate quality improvement activities and support the rollout of hospital‑wide initiatives.
• Monitor quality indicators, collect performance data, and prepare reports for management review.
• Assist with accreditation surveys, internal audits, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive action plans and follow up on improvement projects across departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, Nursing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare quality, accreditation, compliance, or a related area.
• Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare accreditation standards and quality improvement methodologies is an advantage.
