Quality Manager

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead the development and maintenance of the factory’s Quality Management System (QMS) for Siemens Energy’s transformer and heavy electrical equipment production in Dammam. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure that all products meet Siemens Energy and customer quality standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and sustain the factory’s QMS in line with ISO 9001 and industry standards.
• Lead the Quality department, supervising material inspection and process-control teams.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for any quality issues.
• Support customer audits and manage quality-related communications.
• Define and monitor quality KPIs, driving continuous-improvement initiatives across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical) or Quality Management.
• Minimum 8 years of quality-management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience building or leading a factory-level quality function.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
