Quality Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance across road and highway projects in Riyadh. The role combines site‑based quality leadership with consultancy support, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and local authority standards while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) for multidisciplinary road projects.
• Oversee QA/QC activities for earthworks, pavement, drainage, road furniture and related works, ensuring approved ITPs, method statements and work procedures are followed.
• Plan and conduct internal, vendor and external audits, manage non‑conformances, perform root‑cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, clients and authorities as the primary quality liaison.
• Deliver quality training and mentorship on standards, tools and best practices to site teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management or related field.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• 15+ years of quality management experience on large‑scale road or infrastructure projects, including site‑based operations and consultancy.
• Familiarity with UAE or regional road authority standards is an advantage.

Required skills

• Quality Management Systems (QMS/IMS) and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements and work procedures.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Six Sigma concepts.
• Auditing, corrective/preventive action management and continuous improvement techniques.
• Road and highway construction methodologies.
