Quality Manager (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Eram Talent is recruiting a Quality Manager for a client in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures that internal and external quality requirements are met, develops and oversees the quality management system across departments, and helps improve customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance. The workplace is on site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management policies, procedures and standards
• Oversee quality assurance of products and services against organizational standards
• Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to find areas for improvement
• Analyze quality metrics and prepare detailed reports for management
• Run training and awareness programs on quality management principles
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Monitor industry trends and ensure compliance with legislation and standards
• Manage the quality assurance team and promote continuous improvement

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in quality management, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field (preferred)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and Arabic preferred

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001
• Proven experience conducting audits and assessments
• Certifications such as Six Sigma or ISO Lead Auditor are a plus
