Quality Supervisor - Food Safety & Process Excellence

Main Missions

• Evaluate product and process quality to ensure strict adherence to the quality management system and identify optimization opportunities.
• Interpret and implement Nestlé quality policies, ensuring full compliance with both corporate standards and national regulatory requirements.
• Manage customer quality concerns by conducting thorough root cause analyses and implementing effective corrective actions.
• Lead quality audits and oversee the execution of necessary corrective measures to maintain compliance.
• Define quality requirements for raw materials and manage supplier sample analysis to ensure input integrity.
• Design and deploy comprehensive quality control training programs for factory personnel.
• Maintain rigorous documentation, including quality records and equipment calibration logs.
• Uphold Nestlé's Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) standards to ensure a secure working environment for all.

Profile sought

• Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment (FMCG/Food industry preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to perform deep-dive root cause analysis.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor diverse teams.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining strict regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, industrial setting.
