Quantity Surveyor – High-End Interior Fit-Out (Arab Preferred)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial and cost aspects of high‑end interior fit‑out projects in Diriyah, Riyadh. The role focuses on preparing detailed BOQs, material take‑offs and controlling costs for luxury finishing works.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take‑offs and BOQ breakdowns for fit‑out and finishing works.
• Develop and review BOQs with a focus on interior finishing packages.
• Interpret drawings, specifications and material systems to define scope and required materials.
• Coordinate with project, procurement and site teams to produce accurate material listings.
• Evaluate variations, scope changes and assess commercial impacts.
• Measure completed works for interim payments, valuations and claims.
• Prepare cost reports, budgets and progress financial tracking.
• Support commercial control throughout the project lifecycle to ensure cost efficiency.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably on high‑end interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong background in finishing works and luxury interior environments.
• Arabic‑speaking candidates preferred and must reside in KSA with a valid iqama.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

Required skills

• BOQ preparation and quantity take‑offs.
• Interpretation of architectural and interior drawings/specifications.
• Cost estimation, variation assessment and cost control.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and cost‑management/QS software.
