Radiologist Physician

About the role

The Radiologist Physician provides comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic radiology services within Fakeeh Care. This role involves interpreting imaging studies, supervising technical staff, and ensuring patient safety throughout all radiological procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform radiology and diagnostic imaging duties according to assigned clinical privileges.
• Supervise and monitor examinations, directing technicians and sonographers to adjust studies as needed.
• Report diagnostic results promptly using scientific language and standard formats compliant with Fakeeh Care policies.
• When privileged, conduct interventional radiology procedures following pre‑procedure, intra‑procedure, and post‑procedure protocols.
• Verify that all required consents and questionnaires are completed before examinations.
• Participate in departmental meetings, contribute ideas for efficiency, and maintain meeting minutes.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, radiation safety, and organizational policies.
• Provide guidance on patient care and safety, and support education and research initiatives.

Required profile

• Clear communication skills with patients, families, physicians, and non‑medical staff.
• Ability to present information to public groups and senior management.
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to work effectively in high‑stress environments.
• Minimum of three years of experience in radiology or a related specialty.
