Rail Transport Planner - Metro Experience

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Rail Transport Planner to join our Transport Planning and Strategic Advisory Business Unit in the Middle East. The successful candidate will bring at least ten years of overall experience and a degree in a relevant engineering discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to large‑scale transport master‑plan assessments, traffic impact studies and multidisciplinary planning projects for public and private sector clients.
• Prepare detailed reports covering existing‑condition analyses, trip generation, junction analysis and parking assessments.
• Perform junction analysis to support traffic impact assessments and assist with project‑ and financial‑management tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in traffic engineering, transport planning or traffic modelling.
• Minimum eight years of experience in traffic engineering and transport planning, including operations and maintenance of railway projects.
• Prior experience working in the Middle East is preferred.
