Real Estate Marketing Manager – Lead Digital Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Real Estate Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function, align campaigns with sales goals, and maximise the performance of our residential and off‑plan projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for completed and off‑plan developments.
• Plan and launch new projects, accelerating sales of existing inventory.
• Manage marketing budgets, allocate spend across channels, and optimise performance on Google, Meta and other digital platforms.
• Oversee agencies and vendors, ensuring accountability and results.
• Measure lead quality, track the customer journey from lead to contract, and improve KPIs such as CPL, CAC and ROAS.
• Collaborate with sales to analyse the funnel, identify leakage, and boost conversion rates.
• Design lead‑scoring, segmentation, retargeting and automation campaigns via digital, WhatsApp and SMS.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team covering content, design and call‑center activities.
• Organise project launches, exhibitions, open days and other promotional events.
• Analyse competitors, market trends and Saudi real‑estate insights to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum five years of professional marketing experience, with at least three years in real‑estate development or marketing in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record managing performance‑marketing campaigns and multiple budgets.
