Receptionist / Front Desk Agent – Saudi Nationals Only

About the role

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist / Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact at Raffles Hotel Jeddah. The role involves welcoming guests, handling communications and supporting daily office operations in a fast‑paced luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails and other communications.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives and meeting rooms.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and document preparation.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area and assist with basic office maintenance and supply inventory.
• Support other administrative staff and ensure security protocols are followed.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• High school diploma (required); Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk agent (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
