evercare is a Saudi longevity and wellness company focused on preventive, science‑backed healthcare. The clinic seeks a professional Receptionist to deliver an exceptional front‑desk experience and support smooth patient flow.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a unique and exceptional reception experience reflecting the clinic’s high standards.
• Organise, book and confirm patient appointments with accuracy, handling updates, cancellations and rescheduling.
• Coordinate patient entry and manage the waiting list to ensure operational efficiency.
• Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a comforting atmosphere.
• Process payments and issue invoices in compliance with financial and administrative systems.
• Handle patient inquiries and complaints professionally, directing them to relevant departments.

Required profile

• Strong reception and clerical skills for front‑desk operations.
• Previous experience in medical reception or healthcare customer service.
• Excellent organisational abilities, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is highly beneficial.
