Recreation Attendant – Guest Services

About the role

As a Recreation Attendant at Accor, you will deliver warm, personalized service to guests using the pool and leisure facilities. You will ensure the pool area is inviting, clean, and ready for guests while promoting the hotel’s wellness and recreation offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, issue towels, chaise lounge covers, and assist with set‑up of loungers and cabanas.
• Collect and remove used towels and debris from the pool deck throughout the day.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and safety in the pool area.
• Stay knowledgeable about all wellness, recreation, and hotel services to answer guest inquiries.
• Upsell and promote wellness and recreation offers to maximize revenue.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including pool set‑up according to standards.
• Follow hotel fire, life‑safety, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and hygiene at all times.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by hotel management.
