Recruiter and Interviewer – Remote (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

This fully remote position supports a fast‑growing global organization by leading video‑based interviews and role‑playing assessments. Based in Saudi Arabia, you will help identify and select top talent for a variety of positions, ensuring a professional and engaging candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct multiple video interviews each day with candidates across diverse roles.
• Lead structured role‑playing calls and practical assessments to evaluate real‑time communication, problem‑solving, and role‑specific capabilities.
• Analyse job requirements in depth to define the skills, experience, and behaviours needed for success.
• Maintain detailed interview notes, evaluations, and feedback within the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, discuss candidate assessments, and refine selection criteria.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in recruiting, interviewing, talent acquisition, or candidate assessment, preferably in a fast‑paced or remote environment.
• Strong on‑camera presence and confidence conducting frequent video interviews.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple interviews efficiently.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection, quality webcam, and a professional home office setup.
