About the role

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is looking for a Saudi national Recruiter based in Al Khobar. STS provides solutions across the asset life cycle, including licensed process technologies, advisory services, technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions and design capabilities.

Key responsibilities

Sourcing CVs and screening them against job descriptions
Identifying open positions in coordination with department managers
Creating requisitions and arranging interviews with candidates
Issuing offers and verifying documents
Tracking recruitment projects and managing campaigns and bulk hiring

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience
Experience working with overseas agencies
Experience in recruitment campaigns and bulk hiring
