Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Recruiter to attract, identify, and hire top talent that will support our rapidly growing business. The role will focus on building strong candidate pipelines, partnering closely with hiring managers, and managing the full recruitment cycle while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and provide ongoing recruitment support.
• Manage job postings and maintain up‑to‑date candidate databases.
• Develop and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and organizational abilities.
• Experience using job portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and recruitment practices.
