Recruitment Manager – Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Recruitment Manager leads the end‑to‑end talent acquisition function, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains high‑performing talent across all business units. Reporting to the HR Director, this role shapes recruitment strategy, strengthens employer branding, and partners with business leaders to meet workforce planning goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and annual workforce plans.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Standardize processes, improve candidate experience, and oversee competency‑based interviews and assessment centers.
• Lead employer branding initiatives, career fairs, university partnerships, and social‑media recruitment campaigns.
• Administer and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment analytics dashboards.
• Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team, set KPIs, and conduct performance reviews.
• Prepare monthly recruitment reports, monitor budgets, and provide workforce analytics to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in high‑volume recruitment within logistics, supply‑chain, transportation, retail, manufacturing or multinational environments.
• Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM‑CP/SC, CIPD Level 5/7, HRCI PHR/SPHR) are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing.
• Strong HR analytics and recruitment reporting capabilities.
