About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Jeddah. You will lead the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate selection processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Provide onboarding training for new hires and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring cycle.
• Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in fashion retail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.
• Excellent organization and time‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with talent acquisition strategies and tools is a plus.
