About the role
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to lead our hiring initiatives and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles. The role involves planning, sourcing, interviewing, and tracking metrics to ensure effective talent acquisition.
Key responsibilities
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans.
- Create and publish job ads on multiple portals.
- Network with potential hires through professional groups, social media, and events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define qualification criteria.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Interview candidates in‑person for junior, senior, and executive positions.
- Track hiring metrics such as time‑to‑hire, time‑to‑fill, and source of hire.
- Design, distribute, and analyze candidate experience surveys.
- Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
- Host and participate in job fairs.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.
