Reefer Technician – Transport Refrigeration

About the role

The Reefer Technician will work on‑site in the Industrial Area, providing full‑time service, maintenance and repair for multi‑brand transport refrigeration units installed on trucks, trailers and vans. The role ensures temperature‑controlled equipment operates safely and reliably for fleet customers.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, maintain and repair transport refrigeration units and chiller equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and systematic system checks.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and refrigeration faults.
• Install direct‑drive and diesel refrigeration units.
• Support van insulation, chiller solutions and refrigerated body refurbishment.
• Document all work performed and follow company SOPs.
• Coordinate with the service team and provide timely technical support to fleet customers.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in refrigeration systems, diagnostics, maintenance and repair of transport refrigeration units and chiller equipment.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical components of refrigeration units.
