Regional Human Resource and Administration Manager

About the role

The Regional Human Resource and Administration Manager leads HR and administrative functions across multiple regions, aligning people strategies with global business objectives. The role supports the growth of the KSA office, drives recruitment, retention and ensures consistent HR practices throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement global HR strategies, workforce planning and succession plans.
• Partner with senior leadership as a strategic advisor on human capital matters.
• Design recruitment, onboarding, training and performance appraisal processes for a multi‑geography workforce.
• Create employee engagement programs and manage complex employee relations issues.
• Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Develop, enforce and update global HR policies in line with local regulations.
• Oversee office administration, HR budgets, vendor and facilities management.
• Implement and maintain a global HR information system (HRIS) and use data analytics to improve HR metrics.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll, claims, expenses and sales‑agreement administration.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading HR functions across multiple regions or countries.
• Strong knowledge of global labor laws, compliance and HR best practices.
• Ability to act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and regional teams.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors and large‑scale administrative operations.
