Regional Marketing Manager - Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to lead our Healthcare Solutions and Technologies marketing efforts across Western Europe. This remote position focuses on driving business growth, enhancing customer engagement, and positioning product lines such as Surfaces, Safe Patient Handling, and Stretchers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with global initiatives.
• Manage portfolio profitability and rationalize products as necessary.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the HST market.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective marketing execution.
• Create and manage product marketing plans, including launches and campaigns.
• Develop promotional support tools for distributor partners.
• Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance and optimize strategies.
• Manage the regional marketing budget and resource allocation.
• Provide insights and reports to stakeholders regarding marketing performance.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B and product marketing experience.
• Proven success in executing strategies that drive business growth.
• Strong understanding of the Western European healthcare solutions market.
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a global team.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
