Regional Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a driven Regional Operations Manager to lead our dark‑store network across the region. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end operational performance, cost efficiency and the growth of a high‑performing team of City and Area Managers in a fast‑paced quick‑commerce environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage City Managers and Area Managers, set KPIs, conduct business reviews and develop succession plans.
• Oversee all aspects of dark‑store operations, from inbound and put‑away to picking and dispatch, monitoring dashboards and turnaround times.
• Own the regional cost base—including manpower, consumables and equipment—and drive cost‑per‑order improvements through process optimisation.
• Lead hiring, onboarding and workforce planning for the management layer, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Conduct operational audits, implement corrective actions and ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene and labour regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of operations experience, with at least 3 years leading multi‑store or multi‑city teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Power BI for performance tracking.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and decision‑making.
