Regional Sales Manager - Construction Equipment

About the role

Al Futtaim Automotive is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead its Construction Equipment business across Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh and reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales volume, revenue and gross margin while overseeing a high‑performing regional sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the national sales function for Construction Equipment and achieve agreed sales, revenue and margin targets.
• Collaborate with Planning and Analysis to set monthly and quarterly sales objectives by model and branch.
• Develop and maintain a robust forecasting process, delivering weekly sales and margin updates to senior leadership.
• Monitor sales performance daily, weekly and monthly and take corrective actions as needed.
• Maximise stock availability and support campaigns that manage over‑stock inventory.
• Build KPI reporting to provide clear insight into market performance and sales trends.
• Work with retail partners and internal stakeholders to ensure targeted, results‑driven sales campaigns.

Required profile

• A degree in any discipline, preferably Engineering or Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive or heavy construction equipment industry.
• 3‑5 years of managerial experience leading sales or commercial teams.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is a strong advantage.
