Regional Sales Manager – Trucks & Buses

About the role

Al Futtaim Group is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the Trucks & Buses business across Saudi Arabia. Based in Dammam and reporting to the Country Manager, the role focuses on driving sales volume, revenue, and gross margin while shaping the regional sales strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the national sales function for Trucks & Buses, achieving agreed sales, revenue, and margin targets.
• Manage and coach regional sales managers in Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah to deliver strong commercial results.
• Collaborate with Planning and Analysis to set monthly and quarterly sales objectives by model and branch.
• Develop and maintain a robust forecasting process, providing weekly sales and margin updates to senior leadership.
• Monitor sales performance daily, weekly, and monthly, taking timely corrective actions.
• Maximise stock availability and support campaigns that manage over‑stock inventory.
• Build KPI reporting to deliver clear insight into market performance and sales trends.
• Work with retail partners and internal stakeholders to ensure targeted, results‑driven sales campaigns.

Required profile

• A university degree, preferably in Engineering or Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive or heavy construction equipment sector.
• 3‑5 years in a managerial role leading sales or commercial teams.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market is a distinct advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP for sales reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and forecasting.
