Regional Service Specialist

About the role

The Regional Service Specialist will lead the planning, optimisation and performance of the after‑sales service network across Saudi Arabia. This role ensures high service quality, dealer capability and customer satisfaction while supporting new vehicle launches.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and optimise the regional after‑sales service network layout.
• Monitor, analyse and improve regional after‑sales service operations.
• Lead inspection and evaluation of dealer service capabilities, develop rectification plans and drive implementation.
• Assess new dealers’ service capabilities before onboarding and negotiate, sign and renew after‑sales service agreements.
• Continuously monitor regional user satisfaction and implement improvement actions.
• Develop and execute the annual after‑sales service plan for the region.
• Track regional service policies, regulations and market intelligence.
• Prepare after‑sales service support for new vehicle launches in the regional market.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of the automotive industry, import‑export business and after‑sales service processes.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Good coordination, execution abilities and a strong sense of responsibility.
