Regional Training Manager – Store of Learning (West)

About the role

The Regional Training Manager, Store of Learning (West), will lead the delivery and facilitation of Panda Academy programs across multiple locations. You will ensure high‑quality learning experiences, operational excellence, and alignment with business capability priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate leadership, technical, operational, and business training programs using classroom, virtual, blended, and on‑the‑job formats.
• Manage academy training schedules, deployment plans, calendars, and coordinate execution across stores, regions, distribution centers, and corporate functions.
• Oversee Learning Facilitators and SME Trainers, coach them on facilitation standards, and support Train‑the‑Trainer initiatives.
• Monitor learner engagement, attendance, participation, and training effectiveness; gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with business leaders and Learning Design teams to ensure training solutions meet operational and business requirements.
• Support reporting, performance tracking, and learning impact measurement; identify opportunities to improve delivery effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Learning & Development or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, training operations, facilitation, or capability development.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, hospitality or service industries is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage training delivery across multiple locations and facilitate leadership or operational programs.
• Relevant training or facilitation certifications are a plus; digital learning or instructional delivery certifications are an advantage.
