Registered Nurse

About the role

The Registered Nurse will provide safe and effective nursing care to medically ill pre‑ and post‑operative patients in an inpatient setting. The role requires applying professional knowledge, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring timely delivery of care according to hospital policies.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and assess assigned patients according to daily assignments.
• Develop individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Monitor patient status and promptly report any deviations to the team leader and physician.
• Execute physician orders accurately and timely.
• Provide patient and family education tailored to their needs.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress.
• Initiate emergency and resuscitative measures when required.
• Maintain patient privacy, confidentiality, and unit competency standards.
• Support shift leadership duties, including rounds, incident reporting, and participation in departmental meetings.
• Participate in person‑centered care initiatives and uphold JCIA/CBAHI standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in a relevant inpatient area.
• Valid Saudi Council nursing license and license from country of origin.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
