Reinsurance Broking Lead Specialist – Transactional Services

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Lead Specialist in Transactional Services to join its Operations team in Riyadh. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the office, and is open to Saudi nationals only.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and participate in knowledge‑sharing forums across on‑shore and off‑shore locations.
• Collaborate with peers on complex reinsurance developments and provide technical guidance.
• Mentor, train and coach team members, ensuring technical and professional growth.
• Manage a client portfolio, handling transactional processing, recoveries, collateral, and accurate system entry.
• Coordinate with fiduciary, collections, compliance and finance teams to settle funds and meet payment warranties.

Required profile

• Saudi national with 3‑5 years of experience in reinsurance broking operations.
• Graduate (Commerce preferred) with strong analytical and technical aptitude.
• Demonstrated ability to influence clients, markets and internal stakeholders professionally.
• Proven track record of delivering change and process improvement initiatives.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of reinsurance concepts, market systems and regulatory frameworks.
• Understanding of system release testing, bug reporting and RPA tools.
