Relationship Manager – Pharmaceutical Companies (Riyadh)

About the role

The Relationship Manager will represent Axios in meetings with pharmaceutical companies and other stakeholders across Saudi Arabia and the region, understanding client needs, positioning services, and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with pharmaceutical companies at local and regional levels, and capture them in the CRM.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to uncover growth opportunities and monitor regulatory changes.
• Provide regular market updates, client feedback, and competitive insights to the Chief Business Officer and Business Excellence team.
• Maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, hospitals, distributors and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Report monthly business opportunity metrics and KPIs using the CRM.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, business administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical services, consulting or market access with a track record of meeting business development targets.
• Extensive network of contacts within the pharmaceutical industry, including decision‑makers, procurement and regulatory professionals.
• Ability to travel frequently across Saudi Arabia and the wider region and adapt to varied working hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for tracking opportunities and stakeholder insights.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite for presentations and reporting.
