Reliability & CBM Head

About the role

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is looking for a Reliability & CBM Head in Rabigh. The role provides technical leadership to increase equipment reliability and plant availability while optimising maintenance costs, and leads the implementation of all predictive maintenance strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee root cause failure analysis of equipment and guide recommendations so they are actionable and resolve the issue.
• Manage the development of all maintenance strategies using proven methods to minimise downtime and optimise maintenance cost.
• Lead feasibility studies that justify investment in new equipment or technology.
• Oversee all technical activities in the plant to ensure minimal downtime.
• Implement predictive maintenance strategies using proven methods.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• At least 12 years of experience in a refinery or petrochemical setting within the reliability section.
• Fluent in writing and reading English.
• Good knowledge of SAP and of plant process operations.
• Leadership skills in large organisations, strategic thinking, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
