Remote Administrative Assistant – Legal Support

About the role

We are looking for experienced Administrative Assistants and Legal Secretaries to support a long‑term research initiative for a leading artificial‑intelligence client. This fully remote, independent‑contract position focuses on designing, reviewing, and refining occupation‑specific research materials and structured questions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, review, and evaluate research questions related to legal and administrative support functions.
• Apply professional judgment based on prior administrative or legal experience.
• Produce accurate, clearly documented, and well‑structured written outputs.
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with remote stakeholders and meet agreed‑upon timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years full‑time experience as a Legal Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or a closely related role.
• Availability to commit at least 15 hours per week.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
• Strong organizational, documentation, and written communication abilities.
• Legal authorization to work as an independent contractor without employer sponsorship.
