Remote Arabic Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Remote Arabic Customer Support Specialist to provide professional, timely assistance to Arabic‑speaking customers. You will work from home, handling inquiries across email, chat, and phone while ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Arabic (and English when required) via email, chat, or phone.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues, identifying root causes and guiding customers to solutions.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system and maintain up‑to‑date case records.
• Ensure communications meet company quality standards and handle complaints with empathy.
• Collaborate with internal teams, attend training sessions, and stay informed about product updates.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic with good English proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset, patience, and empathy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently from a remote setting.

Required skills
