Remote Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Business Development Executive to lead capture planning and drive new business opportunities for our partner organization. In this strategic position you will shape growth initiatives, manage proposal processes, and cultivate strong client relationships, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead capture planning and proposal development for federal and commercial contracts.
• Facilitate business development meetings with senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive pipeline database.
• Research, analyze, and qualify government procurement opportunities.
• Prepare and coordinate capability statements, proposals, and client solutions.
• Conduct gate reviews and assess win probability.
• Build and sustain client partnerships and attend outreach events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of business development experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role focused on federal contracts.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities for opportunity assessment.

Required skills

• Government contracting expertise.
• FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) knowledge.
