About the role
We are looking for a Remote Data Entry Specialist – Assistant Administrator to support data management and administrative operations across the organization. This fully remote position is ideal for detail‑oriented individuals who can handle data entry, maintain records, and provide general administrative assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Input, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems while verifying accuracy.
- Organise digital files, identify and correct data inconsistencies, and perform routine quality checks.
- Assist with routine administrative tasks, maintain trackers, logs, and reporting documents.
- Review incoming requests, route them appropriately, and communicate updates to team members.
- Track task progress, follow up on outstanding items, and prepare basic reports or summaries as needed.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Basic proficiency with spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to follow structured processes and clear written communication.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to manage repetitive tasks consistently.
