About the role

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented professional to join our remote team as a Data Entry Support Administrative. This entry‑level position focuses on accurate data entry, records maintenance, and routine administrative assistance while working independently.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain organized electronic records, upload and archive documents, and follow file‑naming procedures.
• Prepare and update spreadsheets, forms, trackers, and support shared inboxes and scheduling activities.
• Perform data verification, identify errors, correct authorized issues, and flag unresolved discrepancies.
• Track assignments, deadlines, and workflow status, providing status updates and compiling basic reports.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Basic computer and typing proficiency with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written instructions, manage multiple assignments, and work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote workspace.
