Remote Lawyer

About the role

THRAA | ثراء is seeking a full‑time remote Lawyer to provide comprehensive legal support for its investment activities and corporate operations. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure all contracts and agreements comply with applicable laws and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate investment, corporate, and commercial contracts.
• Conduct legal research and deliver clear legal opinions to business stakeholders.
• Advise on regulatory and compliance requirements, including due diligence and risk assessment.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks in new and existing investments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel on dispute resolution and legal matters.
• Develop and maintain legal frameworks, policies, and documentation that uphold ethical and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Active license or eligibility to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation, especially in investment or corporate contexts.
• Demonstrated regulatory and compliance expertise, including due diligence and risk assessment.
• Strong legal research and analytical abilities with the capacity to translate complex findings into practical guidance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• High ethical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced remote environment.
