Remote Technical Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Technical Manager to lead the platform that supports translation, patent filing and localisation services. The role is fully remote and focuses on improving filing efficiency, ensuring a seamless client experience and driving continuous process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse feedback from clients and operational teams to define requirements and shape product features.
• Represent production and client stakeholders in development meetings, prioritising needs.
• Triage data corrections and ProFile inquiries, authoring bug reports and enhancement tickets.
• Train operations teams on new ProFile functionality and produce procedural documentation.
• Collaborate with internal product owners and maintain the QFS order inbox with accuracy.
• Partner with the invoicing team to resolve client‑specific issues.
• Participate in special projects and other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• At least two years of project‑management experience in translation, patent filing or localisation.
• Minimum five years of hands‑on experience with the ProFile platform.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and cross‑team collaboration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills are preferred.
