Reporting & Analysis Specialist Professional

About the role

The Reporting & Analysis Specialist Professional will support the Sales function by delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reports and dashboards. This role bridges data engineering and business decision‑making, ensuring sales performance is monitored and acted upon.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and report on sales strategic program KPIs to enrich decision‑making.
• Design and maintain end‑to‑end reporting dashboards and analytical platforms.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses to identify root causes of performance gaps.
• Perform post‑mortem reviews of launched activities and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor sales KPIs across products, channels, and regions, delivering periodic performance reports.
• Lead the transformation of existing reports into automated DWH‑based solutions.
• Develop and manage data marts, data universes, and repositories for fast information flow.
• Coordinate sales data requirements with the data‑warehouse team and ensure integration with source systems.
• Maintain reporting standards, align with corporate guidelines, and support new analytics tools.
• Contribute to data‑governance policies and manage access security for dashboards and reports.

Required profile

• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• Background in sales, marketing or related fields.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective presentation and negotiation skills.

• Experience with data‑warehouse concepts and reporting automation.
• Proficiency in building dashboards and visual analytics.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
