About the role

The Purchasing Representative will support Alfanar's manufacturing operations by ensuring the timely acquisition of materials and services. This entry‑level position works closely with internal teams to meet operational targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve procurement objectives.
• Maintain effective communication with peers and managers, incorporating feedback.
• Execute planned purchasing activities according to delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources efficiently to control cost and time.
• Identify and resolve routine issues; escalate complex problems as needed.
• Follow product and process quality specifications.
• Perform tasks in line with established policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• 0‑2 years of experience (fresh graduate acceptable).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Attention to detail and good report‑writing capability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
