Requirements Manager – Airports

About the role

The Requirements Manager – Airports will lead requirements elicitation, analysis and specification for airport‑related projects. Working closely with business, operational and technical stakeholders, you will ensure high‑quality, traceable requirements that drive design, build and testing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workshops and engage stakeholders to capture business, functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Analyse, structure and specify requirements with clarity and testability.
• Model processes, data and use cases to support design and understanding.
• Maintain requirements traceability to design and test artefacts using the designated tools.
• Support change control, impact assessment and quality assurance for assigned airport domains.
• Guide and review the work of junior business/requirements analysts.
• Liaise with architects and delivery teams to resolve requirements queries.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience in requirements elicitation, analysis and specification on complex programmes.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Proven analytical rigour with attention to detail and clear specification skills.
• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Business analysis or requirements certification (BCS, IIBA) is desirable.
