Reservation Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Reservation Manager will drive revenue optimisation for Fairmont RAMLA Riyadh by analysing market dynamics, managing pricing strategies and supporting promotional initiatives. This role works closely with sales, marketing and operations to ensure the hotel meets its revenue targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market trends, occupancy rates and competitive positioning to shape pricing strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics such as RevPAR and ADR and adjust rates in response to demand shifts.
• Assist in preparing accurate revenue and occupancy forecasts and generate regular performance reports for management.
• Support the implementation of dynamic pricing and promotional campaigns, collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
• Provide training on revenue‑management practices and utilise revenue‑management software to track and optimise performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in revenue management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of reservation managerial experience, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Previous experience with Hotel Manager System is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
• Highly responsible, reliable and able to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Experience in luxury hotel sales with knowledge of the KSA market.
