Reservations Agent – Luxury Hotel (Saudi National)

About the role

As the first point of contact for guests, the Reservations Agent ensures a seamless booking experience that reflects the luxury standards of Sofitel Riyadh. The role combines attentive customer service with accurate reservation management to support the hotel’s five‑star reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly service to guests via phone, email and chat.
• Enter and modify reservation requests using the Property Management System (PMS).
• Prepare and update rooming lists, guaranteeing accuracy for check‑in and check‑out.
• Upsell rooms and hotel facilities to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate with Sales and other departments to fulfill special requests.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and assist guests with information about hotel amenities.
• Follow all departmental policies, safety procedures and luxury brand standards.

Required profile

• Saudi national, fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly reliable, able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented with a proactive, ownership‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with a Property Management System, preferably Opera.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications.
