Reservations Agent (Saudi National) – Jumeirah Jabal Omar

About the role

We are seeking a Saudi national to join the Reservations Department at Jumeirah Jabal Omar Hotel in Mecca. The Reservations Agent will handle guest inquiries, manage bookings through the Opera system, and ensure a seamless reservation experience for pilgrims and other visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to reservation emails within 24 hours, prioritising current and near‑future requests.
• Answer incoming calls within three rings, using the 59 Club & LQA greeting standards.
• Collect complete guest details during booking, including repeat guest status, passport copies, flight information, special occasions and preferences, and update them accurately in Opera.
• Read all reservation correspondence for special instructions and forward relevant information to the appropriate departments.
• Communicate last‑minute changes such as new bookings, cancellations or additional information to the relevant teams.
• Maintain professional email and telephone etiquette at all times.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a courteous, professional manner.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail when handling guest data and special requests.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
