Reservations Agent – Saudi National Talent

About the role

We are seeking a Reservations Agent (Saudi National Talent) to join Jumeirah The Red Sea, a luxury resort in Saudi Arabia. The role involves handling guest reservations, ensuring accurate information, and delivering exceptional service in line with our brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to reservation‑related emails within 24 hours, prioritising current and upcoming bookings.
• Answer incoming calls within three rings, using proper greetings and adhering to IFH and LQA standards.
• Collect and update guest details—including contact information, passport copies, flight data, special occasions and preferences—in the Opera reservation system.
• Maintain professional email and telephone etiquette at all times.
• Review reservation correspondence for special instructions and forward relevant information to the appropriate departments.
• Communicate last‑minute changes such as new bookings, cancellations or additional guest information promptly to internal teams.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably within a luxury 5‑star hotel.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with Front Office, Finance and Food & Beverage teams.
• Proven professionalism when interacting with guests, travel agents, tour operators and DMC partners.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management is an advantage.
• Genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
